At DESTI MART, we offer a wide range of essential items tailored specifically for students. Our product categories include:

  • Toiletries – soap, toothpaste, sanitary pads, tissue, etc.

  • Detergents – laundry soaps, cleaning agents, scrubbing tools.

  • Breakfast items – cereals, beverages, bread spreads, and more.

  • General provisions – canned foods, cereals, beverages, bread spreads, snacks, drinks, etc.

Placing an order on DESTI MART is quick and easy:

  1. Browse Products – Visit our whatsapp / website and explore the different categories or use the search bar to find what you need.

  2. Add to Cart – Select the items you want and add them to your shopping cart.
  3. Review & Checkout – When you’re done shopping, go to your cart, review your items, and click “Checkout.”

  4. Enter Delivery Details – Provide the necessary information, including name, email, mobile phone and delivery location.

  5. Select Delivery Location – Choose from the list of suburbs closest to your delivery point.

  6. Make Payment – Choose your preferred payment method and complete your purchase.

  7. Agree to T’s and C’s – Check the box to agree with the Terms of Service.

  8. Confirmation – Click the “PLACE ORDER” button. You’ll receive an order confirmation via email and we’ll handle the rest.

We understand that sometimes you may need to update your order. If you want to make changes (like adding or removing items, or updating delivery details), please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

Since we process orders quickly, changes may only be possible within a short window after placing your order. Once your order is completed, changes can no longer be made.

To request changes, reach out via our support lines, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

We strive to keep all our products in stock to meet your needs promptly. However, due to demand or supply constraints, some items may occasionally be out of stock.

If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by the product image.

Our goal is to ensure a smooth shopping experience with minimal disruptions.

🚚Shipping & Delivery

DESTI MART currently offers delivery services to customers within Accra.

Delivery charges are determined based on the customer’s location. Each delivery zone has a corresponding fee assigned to it.

Customers may select “Other” from the list of delivery zones and specify their area and exact delivery location. In such cases, our team will contact you to confirm the delivery details and applicable delivery cost.

💳Payments

DESTI MART currently accepts payments via Cash, Mobile Money(MoMo) and Debit Card. Customers may choose their preferred mode of payment at checkout.

Yes, you can. DESTI MART offers a pay-on-delivery option for added convenience. You can choose to pay when the items are delivered to you.

Just select “Cash on Delivery” at checkout.

🔁Returns & Refunds

At DESTI MART, we do our best to ensure that every item delivered is in perfect condition. However, if you receive a wrong, damaged, or expired item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll gladly arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation. Please note that:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re always here to make things right.

At DESTI MART, we encourage all customers to check the items at the time of delivery. If any item is damaged, missing, or incorrect, please inform the delivery personnel immediately or contact our support team on the same day.

We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as needed. Reports made 48 hours after delivery has been completed without verification may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

This policy helps us ensure fairness and transparency for all our customers.

If a refund is approved, DESTI MART will process it within 2 to 5 business days. Refunds are issued only in the form of product replacements or store couponsno cash refunds will be provided.

Please note:

  • Refunds apply only to eligible cases, such as damaged, missing, or incorrect items reported at the time of delivery.

  • You will receive a notification and confirmation once your refund (product/coupon) is processed.
